so for those who have this problem, you need to connect to your account on cspr.live then you go to wallet then transfer cspr and you transfer everything to your new wallet.

Obviously it was too complicated for Casper's hard-working team (as for the 95% of developers in crypto to explain it) and it's a good indicator that they should avoid using their wallets.
